卖汤圆...买汤圆...冬至.吃汤圆
今年的汤圆是七色的勒. 原本想用红色的火龙果档红色色素,可是市场却缺货.哈!只好再用红色染色素咯.
Tips :
紫色和黄色都用Sunquick 黑加仑和芒果糖浆.只是紫色的颜色有点沉,而黑加仑的味道也有点酸.
可是黄色颜色很鲜艳亮丽,味道更是香甜.
可可色的色素是用Milo 搓成,可是味道却和黑加仑和芒果的味道格格不入.很怪的配对.
反而绿色的清淡Pandan 口味都被以上那些口味给掩盖了.
Tips :
- 我发现紫色,黄色和可可色的汤圆隔天从冰箱里拿出来吃时不会硬心,而且还很软滑.
- 原来这些颜色和白色,红色和绿色汤圆的差别是前者含糖份,而后者则无糖.
- 那以后结可以用事先煮好的糖浆或糖水代替清水来搓糯米粉,那样就可以做出更软滑的汤圆了.

血鹦鹉接吻
第一次看到血鹦鹉,我们都还以为是某金鱼或是罗汉鱼的种类.询问之下才知道原来是血鹦鹉.名字很特别,整身红红的很像血,整个头很可爱,嘴巴永远是开着的.更特别的是有些甚至是没有尾巴的,但是在水里游可一点也没问题哦.
原来这鱼名叫血鹦鹉,又叫做红财神、财神鱼、鹦鹉鱼,是红魔丽体鱼(Cichlasoma citrinellum)和红头丽体鱼(Cichlasoma synspilum)的人工杂交鱼,而不是一个自然的物种.产于台湾.

Kota Kemuning 品珍面之家
坐落在 Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, 的品珍面之家的鸭面是这次旅途的美味佳肴
鸭面很Q
鸭腿好大,很软很入味,可是又不会烂.
药材汤很香,很够料...
Emmmmm.... 很好吃 Ssshhhhrrrpppp.........
最重要的是吃完了之后不会感觉到口渴而且不会油不会腻
食物送来之后,因为卖相太好,太美味了,所以一时忘了拍照,后来再请求老板让我拍其他顾客的order...

Tom Yam 炒饭 (改良版)
改良版的Tom Yam 炒饭更美味了>.<
材料:
白饭 - 一碗
虾仁 - 随意
墨鱼 - 随意
萝卜 - 半条 (切丁)
西洋芹菜 - 一支 (切丁)
洋葱 - 一粒 (切丁)
蒜头 - 适量 (大概三小颗)
小洋葱 - 适量 (大概十颗)
青葱 - 一颗 (葱花)
鸡蛋 - 两粒
红辣椒 - 一颗 (切片,作点缀用)
Laksa 花 - 一支 (切细)
Tom Yam 酱料 - 两大汤匙
指天椒 - 随意 (喜欢吃辣的认可以加多一些,不加也可以)
油 - 适量
酱清 - 适量 (调味用)
煮法:
- 热油后爆香蒜头和小洋葱至金黄色.然后把部分捞起待用.
- 放入Tom Yam 酱料、Laksa 花、指天椒炒香后加入虾仁和墨鱼.
- 加入切丁的蔬菜(西洋芹菜、萝卜、洋葱).
- 在炒香的材料中间弄个坑,打入蛋.再炒一炒.
- 然后放入白饭,炒均匀.如不够咸可以加酱清调味.
- 在起锅之前加入葱花和爆香的黄金蒜头和小洋葱.
- 炒均匀后起锅.然后洒上辣椒片点缀.
注: 不需要太多油,刚刚好可以爆香蒜头和小洋葱即可.因为Tom Yam 酱料本身已经很油了.
上次加了虾米和香菇的配料都不适合用于配搭Tom Yam,口味不对.
这次除去了虾米和香菇,而多加了Laksa花和海鲜味道更好了.
Laksa 花增添了Tom Yam 的香味,真的是配搭得天衣无缝. 绝配...绝配!!!
让人口齿留香,吃了一口还想再次多一口.回味无穷. Ssssshhhhrrrpppp...... :-p

Keep Tabs On Firefox
If you accidentally close a page that's open on a Firefox tab, you can go back in time to get that just-closed tab back by pressing "Ctrl + Shift +T". On the Mac version, press "Command + Shift + T".
Firefox is full of keyboard shortcuts (www.snipurl.com/4825n) that are handy for faster browsing. For example, pressing "Ctrl +T" makes a new tab and "Ctrl + W" closes the current tab. (Again, substitute the Command key on a Mac.)
You can also open a freshly pasted URL in the Firefox address bar in a new tabby pressing the "Alt and Enter" keys in Windows, or by pressing the "Option and Return" keys on a Mac.

Tom Yan 酱料 - 两汤匙
